To ensure a smooth and elevated experience for every guest, appointments are reserved just for you. A card on file is required to secure all bookings. Select services may require a small deposit, which will be applied toward your total. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments adjusted within this window may be subject to a fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service amount. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled to maintain the flow of the day. By booking, you agree to these policies.
